The Organic Skin Co. is a New Zealand company, born from a background in natural health-care and wellbeing that stretches back 5 generations. We’re into clean, green beauty and we’re proud to offer an extensive range of natural makeup and skincare, all of it chemical-free and loaded with organic ingredients.

So that you can put a face to us, we’re the brainchild of Megan Douglas, one-time model, one-time fashion designer, one-time wanderer, now naturopath, entrepreneur, and – alongside her sister-in-law and our CEO, Lisette Douglas – wielder of the big (but soft and cuddly) organic stick that keeps us all together.

Our products are certified by BioGro, vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free. As an added bonus, whenever somebody purchases one of them, we plant a tree (in truth, it’s a small thing, but we’re tree-huggers from way back and want to give back where we can).

Best of all, our products really work. We’ve got a broad range of makeup with intensely pigmented colours and shades that last, along with 6 luxurious, complementary, organic skincare products. Importantly, everything in the range is non-toxic and infused with revolutionary supercritical extracts (we’re world leaders in the use of this technology). These extracts add a real splash of goodness, making sure that our products care for your skin and general wellbeing, even as they help you create exactly the look you want.
