The International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) is an international non-profit organisation founded in Australia in 1967. The IYTA’s primary activity is to conduct yoga teacher training (Hatha based) and an Association for yoga teachers internationally. The well-established, highly regarded and extensive IYTA Diploma of Yoga Teaching course (460 hours) has been running for over forty years with thousands of students graduating with the IYTA International Diploma. The IYTA offers an introductory course in the Foundations of Yoga (70 hours) and provides excellent Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes: Post Graduate Certificate of Pre and Post Natal Yoga (100 hours) , Pranayama and Meditation (100 hours), Yin Teacher Training (100 hours).
