Spirit of Yoga, translated as The Breath of Union. My classes incorporate 20 years teaching Yoga and Remedial practices. Classes are based on the traditional system of Integral Yoga. mind/body medicine. Looking to relax and recharge? my point of difference is the extensive studies in Yoga, Mindfulness, Stress and health issues. I specialise in restorative yoga, along with Yoga Retreats in South Australia.
